— Commissioned by Florence Knoll to create a bright table that withstand the salt air in her home in Florida, Richard Schultz set to work designing an iconic, simple table with a removable insert that would allow one to trade out the coloring within the table. The table has become synonymous with Mid-Century design and is now featured in the Permanent Design Collection of MoMA in New York.
